Patrick Andersen owns Patrick’s Market, a grocery store, in downtown Omaha. An underground explosion and fire sent his grocery store, and nearby residences and businesses, into the dark for almost 24 hours. We caught up with Andersen when his power was still out to learn how he deals with maintaing his products without power.
