Arizona CARE Team: CPS agency understaffed, overwhelmed with cases

Arizona’s Child Advocate Response Examination Team, or CARE Team, appointed by Gov. Jan Brewer released its report regarding thousands of reports of child abuse that went uninvestigated.

Read the entire report on, including the recommendations by the CARE Team to ensure this doesn’t happen again.
